By accessing or using OpenOSINT Cloud (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

OpenOSINT Cloud is a hosted API that orchestrates open-source intelligence (OSINT) lookups. Access is authenticated by an API key issued on purchase. Some data sources require you to supply your own provider API key (BYOK).

Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

OpenOSINT Cloud access is invite-only and provisioned manually — contact commercial@openosint.tech. Credits are prepaid and granted at the operator’s discretion; there is no automated recurring billing or subscription. The AI OSINT Prompt Pack, Operator’s Playbook, and Setup Sprint are one-time digital purchases processed by Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record; Gumroad’s buyer terms also apply.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for digital product purchases are handled in accordance with Gumroad’s policies. OpenOSINT Cloud credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once granted.

Lookups may depend on third-party data providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or pricing. For BYOK sources you are bound by the provider’s own terms.

The Service and all results are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or your processing of third-party data.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time; to end OpenOSINT Cloud access, email commercial@openosint.tech.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted at openosint.tech/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and disputes are subject to the courts of Italy (courts of the operator’s province), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
